Using RV as a stereoscopic image viewer

Hi,

Im trying to use rv as my default image viewer. But i render my image in stereo (left and right). So i guess thats why im getting this error:

815×132

I have a python script to open video as stereoscopie:

Is there any way to mix this in deadline to open my image as a stereo picture ?

My TD have some time to program this to make it work. But he is not sure where to begin. Do you have any input?

I think for now you would have to write a job right-click script for the Monitor to do this. Ideally, there would be a task right-click script, which would be more appropriate for things like this, but that’s currently a wish list item. However, you could have a job script that pulls the output information from the job and then opens RV with the appropriate sequence. Here are some docs to get you started:

If you take a look at the job scripts that already ship with Deadline, some will have examples on how we extract the output information.
