When I use USD RENDER TOP in Houdini 19.5.361 and throw a job with DeadlineScheduler, I get an error like the attached image. if I use LocaleScheduler with LOCAL MACHINE, it works fine.
The version of deadline is 10.1.21.4.
The version of windows is 10.
Please confirm.
You may want to post this on SideFX too, I think I saw a post about issues with 19.5.303, not sure if that got fixed. Are you using the PDG plugin from the latest version and did you update the repository settings for $HFS etc? Also which python version, 3.7 or 3.9?
Thank you, I have made the same post to sidefx and am waiting for a reply. I have not touched the $HFS repository settings, but the ROP USD Output TOP seems to work. the PYTHON version is 3.9.
I am also getting the same error in Houdini 19.0.498, where the PYTHON version is 3.
