Windows positioned in the middle of dual screen set up

New to Deadline.

Is it possible to change the behaviour of both start up windows and submission dialogues?

e.g. when DeadlineMonitor is starting up it seems to be set to position itself in the middle of the screen. The problem being that if you’re on a dual screen set up (as I’m sure many are) that window sits half and half on each screen.

The same is true of success dialogues when submitting jobs and a few other instances which means you need to move the window to press ‘ok’.

Any way of changing this as it’s a bit annoying?

I noticed from your other ticket that you’re on OSX, and this is a known OSX issue. There is an option in the Client Setup Wizard (which you can find in /Applications/Deadline) that tries to deal with this issue.

This is something we’re looking to fix in Deadline 6.
