Work Scheduling - Rendering Regardless?

First post but kinda scratching me head on this one and maybe I’m missing the basics as super new to Deadline.

We currently want workstations to render between the following times…

Deadline is ignoring this and rendering regardless, are there any other configurations I need to change for this to be enforced?

Make sure you have Pulse server running. It is what sends the signal to start/stop slaves.

Does this need to be running on the server or on each workstation?

only 1 instance needs running. Can be on any machine.
