Zdepth + Voxel rendering

Hi,

Is there any way to avoid getting rectangles when rendering a Zdepth render element when using voxels instead of particle rendering mode? I admit I haven’t researched the topic fully through the internet but I was hoping that perhaps someone can point me in the right direction since I assume a lot of people have already run into this.
