This is a project in development for some stem cell research animations. This is a short proof of concept video using Krak as a pimped out .csv importer. Its taking scientific datasets of a developing zebrafish embryo. This is the first half of the set, so you there’s no payoff at the end. Mostly just an interesting use for the Krak operators…

was the dataset originally a structured grid or voxels? Or did the acquisition actually make a csv?

The dataset was supplied as a MATLAB file containing a cell matrix with each row a point in time, each containing a matrix of points with position, density and luminance among other information.
