Please consider implementing GPU affinity support for Redshift in the C4D submitter and plugin.
I know that C4D Redshift is only in alpha still but we are already using it in production so gpu affinity support would be great.

I will ask the devs about this, as you are the second person in as many days to ask for something like this. If it’s beta it may take more time to get support in, as we have been bitten by lots of work going into supporting a beta that changed drastically before release, but I’ll see what we can do.

Just as an update, we are investigating this to see how hard it would be to do, if we can at all. I’ll let you know what we find.

Thanks! FYI. In c4d there is only one cmd line arg for Redshift GPU usage and that is: -redshift-gpu

Hi, any news on this? We are using Redshift Alpha in production also.

Looks like it’s coming out in the next version of Deadline (sadly not a service pack). If you want to get on the beta, it looks like it should already be in there (the code was merged in December).
