I haven't been able to run the "integrated submission script" since we upgraded to latest Deadline tools. Is there a new script that is tuned for Deadline 2.0? I noticed the submission script does not work in either AE6 or AE7. Running the script in the Deadline Monitor works correctly, but it would be nice to be able to start the network job from within After Effects.


behavior is as follows: script is run from the menu in AE. A (dos/command prompt) window appears briefly on the desktop (too brief to read the commands being called) then the window closes. There are no error messages and the render is not submitted to the network.

Could you try reinstalling the submission script? Follow the steps here:

It could be possible that the one you’re currently using is outdated, so this might fix the problem. Let us know if that helps.
