So I put Deadline 2.5 in production this morning, we took the oportunity to upgrade the server machine a bit by adding a second HD and we put it in mirror mode, so we get a bit of I/O speedup from that mirrored drive setup … The server CPU time and Kernel Time are way down… it is almost always between 3% and 8%, some peaks at 50% cpu time.



I am extremely satisfied with the speed inprovement on the server. And all the tweaks on the monitor makes the monitor faster then even.
