If I try to change the TilesXCount spinner it twirls up to 100something and then back to 1. No problem with Y.

What’s the width of the image you’re rendering? The spinners only allow you to select values that divide evenly into the total width (so that all the tiles are of the same size).

That must have been it because no other scenes have caused a problem.
