AWSportal link setup ended with error

Hi

My AWSportal link setup ended with error and could not start the Asset portal service.

I have attached the screenshot of the same.

I tried installing in system with Domain Administrator rights and also tried with AD user but still same error.

Tried on Windows server 2008 R2, Windows 10 Pro and Centos7 but still same error.

any suggestions to resolve this.

We’ve been seeing this for AD users lately. There is a Windows named pipe that we use to transfer those credentials securely and it seems to be causing a problem. We have a few users in the ticket system at the moment, could you send an e-mail to support@thinkboxsoftware.com and I’ll have one of our guys coordinate with you? We have some test tools to work through this, so an extra set of hands would be very welcome.
