Hello, we are equipped with deadline 8 here. For the first time I try to use the system of dependency by assets.
When I test the dependency in the dependency view, asset is present but the job never starts.
Have an idea of why the packages are not released
It appears that only some of the frames needed for the job exist in the asset definition you provided.
Have you enabled the “Use Frame Dependencies” option?

When “Use Frame Dependencies” is checked, individual tasks of the job will be allowed to start rendering if their corresponding frame exists on disk, while tasks that are missing the respective file in the sequence will remain pending.

Yes use frame dependency is checked.
I use the sames options at home and it work fine, but at work packeds never start…
Is there any debug option to figure out what’s going on?
