Hi All,

I have an issue where the logs folder disappears on osx randomly for users.

They’ve been using the plugin fine, then when they launch the Monitor they get an error

If I go in with Terminal I see the folder isn’t there, so I sudo create it and 777 it and it all works fine.

Just not sure if this is a known issue or I’m missing something?

Apple locked down “/Library/Logs” back in… Sierra? I wonder if they’re being extra safe these days? We don’t touch it. In fact, I’m not even sure if we thought to grab it after an uninstall… Hmm…

Maybe someone’s following a guide like this:

If that’s the case, what’s the safe way for us to create a new folder for ourselves?
