what's this mean?

deadline version:7.0.2.3R
franticx version:2.1.0.0
adobe after effects CC version:12.0.0.404
In ae I run a 4k rendering,
deadline error:aerender Error: After Effects error: Motion Tile cannot allocate a buffer larger than 30000 pixels in either dimension. (516)
What does it mean?
Is my deadline version low or ae version too low or is there a shortage of hardware?
Is there any solution to this problem in my existing environment?

I did some Google searching on it and found these:

I’m not an expert in AE, but there may be some project settings to play with to prevent MotionTile from trying to allocate such a gigantic buffer.
