Hi Vigen,

Download the dependency walker application found here:

http://www.dependencywalker.com/

There are likely some other missing libraries that lightning.dlx depends

on that are missing. I’ve attached a document that goes through the

steps of how to check for this, so test it out, and feel free to send us

the results.

Cheers,

I get Print screen file. tel me how to send it to you.

You can attach the file to a post, or you can email it directly to:

Hi Vigen,

Did you add the 3dsmax root directory (for example, “C:\Program Files

(x86)\Autodesk\3ds Max 9”) to the Configure Module Search Order list?

This is described in the paragraph after the first picture in the pdf

file I posted. The reason i ask is that BMM.dll, CORE.dll, MAXSCRPT.dll,

and MAXUTIL.dll should all be in the 3dsmax root directory. If you’ve

added this directory to the Configure Module Search Order list, you

shouldn’t be seeing these four libraries in the missing list.

The two files that catch my attention are MSVCP80.dll and MSVCR80.dll.

These are the files that should have been installed by the Microsoft

Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable installers you downloaded from here:

http://www.franticfilms.com/software/products/deadline/download/

Maybe try reinstalling both installers again, then reboot the machine to

see if that fixes the problem.

Cheers,
