Hi.
We’re having problem with a couple of renders nodes that give error after 1min of running a task. We have other machines, exactly the same hardware/software and don’t have that issue. We’ve tried already plenty of troubleshoot but found nothing. Can you help please?

From the log it looks like there’s an issue with your Arnold install:

If that’s not the fix try the 3ds Max isolation guide to see if Max crashes as Deadline runs it.
I’ve reinstalled 3dsmax and the MaxtoA extension and still get the same error.
Tried the isolation guide and when launching the job, the job is fine. The error only occurs when the job reaches the problematic machine.
I kept finding issues with odd machines not having the VC distribs installed/upto date

Is the updated version?? sometimes the update/Arnold update gets skipped if already installed, maybe worth uninstall, cleanup, reboot, re-install
Is it running as the same user on all machines?
Is it possible to launch 3ds and render on Corona on this machine?
I’ve just updated to the latest version and installed the specific MaxtoArnold extension seperatly as well.
Each machine has their own user.
Yes, I can open any file and render it locally without an issue
are you able to send a basic teapot scene and attach the log from the failed render?
You’re still running different versions of 3ds

Do you have some Anti-Virus running, does it render if disabled?

Does it work without Corona running? can you submit a scanline render (not arnold)
