3ds Max 2018 Render Issue-Deadline 10

I am new to Deadline render with MAx 2018/2019. As part of testing,i am getting below error and trace out what is the cause.

3dsmax: Trapped SEH Exception in LoadFromFile(): Access Violation

An Access Violation means that when loading the scene, Max either ran out of memory, or memory became corrupted. The stack trace in the error message usually shows which plugin the error occurred in. If that doesn’t help track down the issue, try stripping down the max file by deleting objects and seeing if the error still occurs.

Thanks. I checked the Memory as well as the path.Both are fine. Does below log matters:

Any more info on what you’re doing?

Which version Deadline are you using? 10.0.21.5? Which version 3ds Max are you using and Update/ServicePack/HotFix etc. Which plugin are you rendering with? Is this a regular install of 3ds Max & Backburner etc?

Are you submitting to the same machine you are using? Are you able to open the scene on the machine that is rendering through deadline and run a render through 3ds Max?

How are you submitting? through STMD or Deadline Monitor?

Can you submit a 3dsMax file with a sphere in it using scanline render and does that work?

Actually, it looks like we have a duplicate over here: (I recognized the “nrres_ENG.dat” name)
