3dsmax 2008 support?

Hi again…is the current version of deadline compatible with 3dsmax 2008? if not, when it will be?



We want to implement deadline in our pipeline, but it must be compatible with 3ds max 2008…

another question, is…the license server must be equal or the same that repository? one that allow more than 10 connections?



I ask because the license (trial license) it went in conflict with the max licence server (lmtools).



It’s possible to run the deadline license server in a virtualmachine?

Hi Bruno,



The license server can run on any machine, it doesn’t have to be the

repository. It also shouldn’t have to worry about the 10 connection

limitation. We’ve run the license server off normal workstations or

slaves before, with over 50 machines accessing it, without any problems.
