Hello!

Logs would be helpful to investigate the cause of this issue. Could you be able to share the render logs from the job in the monitor.

If it has some sensitive information which you not be approiate posting on forums, feel free to open a ticket with on https://awsthinkbox.zendesk.com/ and share the logs there.
