Just an ease of access/speed suggestion:
There’s a lot of empty space next to the Change Repo to Monitor Options buttons. I don’t know if there’s a plan for this, but it’d be great to be able to pin filters here in addition to within the pinned filters menu. It’d be really helpful to be able to switch more quickly between filters.

How would you know which pane the filter was supposed to apply to? Just brainstorming some more, but what about adding toolbars containing the pinned filters for each (filter-able) pane, and then let users show and hide those toolbars as they see fit?
I like the idea of having a separate toolbar per panel that shows the pinned filters. I’ll add this to the wish list.
