Add Channel to PRT from another PRT?

I had this idea, is there any way it might work?

I sent off a sequence of PRT, I stripped all but the basic channels out to decrease the file size. The client needs one of the channels I removed. Is it possible to send off just the missing channel and an ID channel in a seperate PRT and combine that to the original PRT sequence?

Or am I um screwed

In Krakatoa 2.0 I got it to work with a magmaMod LOL that was pretty easy, I feel a little dumb for asking:

Input Particles->Particle Query (Mapping2 - where I stored the MIA channel) + Index (Current ID) --> Output (Vorticity)

that is all good SO…

By any chance is there anyway to do this in 1.6.1?
