i did install the latest 1.5.2.41471 for 2010 and 2011, when i just create a ordinary prt loader and add a modifier like bend or displace, my max crashes.
i did go back to 1.5.2.40413 for 2010 and it worked fine again.

Its not just you, it affects any particle stream that doesn’t have a Normal channel going into a Max modifier. I have fixed it and will release an updated build early next week.
would have to do some work that involves using modifiers on the prts, any chance to get a version that handles this bugg soon for 2011 ? would like to stay on max 2011 and there is no other version availabce for it yet right ? if not i will go back to 2010 but if i could stay on 2011 would be great 
2010 and 2011 use the same DLL.
Question: Are you running 64 bit? If you are, I could give you a new DLL for Max 2010 64 bit only (as we haven’t recompiled all versions, but our internal build we test is fixed)
