My machine has a total of 58 threads. I enabled multi-frame rendering for the AE project and also checked the multi-thread rendering option when submitting tasks. I found that the CPU usage during node rendering was only 5%. How can I increase it to 90%?

Try disabling and running while watching the CPU count.
If each frame is quick to process bump that number up
I believe that refers to “multi-process rendering” which is something that hasn’t been used since 2015. The terminology is confusing, but multi-frame rendering came out in 2021. Before then, you always set concurrent tasks to 3 or 6. It made a huge difference, but depended on how much memory you had. The other issue was that some plugins used a license for each instance on the same machine.
Has it worked for you in the past? I have heard that it stopped working with some aerender versions. I haven’t really checked since we don’t do too many AE renders, but relative to 3D, they are fast 
There is an aerender.exe option to set multi-frame rendering on, and the max CPU limit. I am not sure what the default is.
“-mfr mfr_flag max_cpu_percent”
I would bypass deadline and just test the aerender command and monitor CPU usage. If it is working, that option may be needed to be added to the deadline script. Those “multi-process” options in the deadline submitter are legacy and aren’t related to “multi-frame”. (although adding the option, and the max-cpu limit would be good to do if it works)

When I enabled the multi-frame function and the maximum CPU usage rate, after some time, the CPU usage rate remained very low. I have found a third-party tool. They have handled this file very well. If Deadline could do it, that would be great! https://aerender.com.cn/
