all users Start in Super User Mode ?!?

HI!

My latest Beta Version install
Deadline Version: 6.1.0.53841 R
FranticX Version: 2.0.0.53813 R
Windows7

Now all user, from any users group are asked to “Start in Super User Mode” when they are opening the Deadline Monitor… The password Box open

I try deleting all users but still the problem occur when user get recreated…
I also try un-checking the box in the users setting and close Deadline Monitor then restart … But unfortunately the “Start in Super User Mode” box in the user setting is still check on!

What to do?

Do you have a default layout saved for the user group? If so, perhaps that layout had the option enabled to start the monitor in super user mode. If you change the default layout for the user group to one that doesn’t have the super user option enabled, does that help?

I did the suggested method and still the same issue…

Attempt01

  1. I delete all layout + reset Layout to default…
  2. Uncheck the options “users Start in Super User Mode” in the users option
  3. close Monitor and restart machine
    …Still the same all users options " Start in Super User Mode" are check on upon loading monitor and event if users uncheck …The settings always get check back again!

Attempt02

  1. change user and create a new user call “temp”… Log in the Monitor using a new created users and the box pop up “Start in Super User Mode”
  2. when Monitor boot up with fresh user setting users options as check by defaults!!!

Well it still doesn’t work

In the Monitor, enter super user mode, then select Tools -> Manage User Groups. For your group(s), check if there is a Default Monitor Layout set. If there is, I’m guessing it has the super user option enabled, and that’s why it’s affecting all users. Let me know if this is the case or not, and we’ll go from there.
