I want to AWS Portal on Ubuntu.
First, I try to install RCS for Deadline client installer.
But I noticed that I must select Deadline repository folder path while installing Deadline client.
Must I mount deadline repository on AWS Portal server for nfs or smb mount ?
I confirmed that I input hostname for Deadline repository while installing Deadline client windows version.
If you’re using a ‘direct’ connection type you will need to mount the repository on the AWS Portal server machine. It doesn’t matter if you use NFS or SMB, both will work.
