The first thing I noticed when I opened the scene file is that the viewport is locked. Try unlocking the viewport, make sure the viewport you want to render is selected, and then submit to Deadline again to see if you get better/different results.
I should note that in Deadline 4.0, locked viewport support will be better, but we’ve discovered a bug in the 3dsmax SDK that prevents us from making it perfect. Autodesk is aware of the issue, but until it is resolved, we can only continue to suggest that users avoid relying on the locked viewport feature when submitting to Deadline.
