Blender Render Error - Cannot read file

Hey everyone,

we’re dealing with the same issue from time to time and now i wanted to check if anyone has an idea on where the issue might come from.
Every now and then we get issues when rendering a blender job with the following error:

2025-03-01 21:29:44: 0: STDOUT: Error: Cannot read file "\\MDHYPERSPACE\Projekte\zz_motionsupport\Felix_ICELAND\Blender_WIP\Iceland_Cliff_12_Packed - Copy.blend": No such file or directory

we also get a similar error in the other direction, so the worker is rendering but cant save a specific frame and crashes:

2025-03-01 19:33:10: 0: STDOUT: Error: Render error (No such file or directory) cannot save: '\\MDHYPERSPACE\Projekte\zz_motionsupport\Felix_ICELAND\Blender_OUT\Cliff_Sun_Mov_Start_12\Cliff_Sun_Mov_Start_12_0572.png'

these two errors suggest a networking issue, but i cant pinpoint what might be the issue here.
Specs of the Render-Workers:
Threadripper 2950X
64GB RAM
GeForce RTX2080Ti
10GB Network Connection using Aquantia NICS (TP-Link TX401 Cards)

Server:
AMD EPYC 16 Core (16x4.2GHz)
128GB DDR5 RAM
12* 6.4TB NVMe Drive in 3 RaidZ1 Groups
TrueNAS Scale 24.10.1
2*10GB Network Connection

Does anyone have similar experiences and maybe suggestions we could try? Could the issue be caused by the Aquantia Network Cards? (We use these because they support WoL to wake up the render machines)
