I just upgraded to build 8 and I’ve been trolling through the new modo submission script and I can’t really find any changes. I was hoping to get some more clarification as to any changes made to the modo integration with in build 8.

So this is the same DBR update from the previous build? I was looking at the main integrated Submission script for Modo. The DBR seems to be a completely internal to modo feature.
I just downloaded the Deadline User Manual CHM, and on the modo page, there is section 1.6.1: Deadline Submitter Script Setup. This explains how to install the new integrated modo submitter (section 1.6.2 covers the distributed rendering submitter). Section 1.1 and 1.2 then cover how you can submit from within modo.
So there are now two integrated modo submitters: one for regular submissions and one for interactive distributed renders.
OK that’s what i read too, I was a bit confused by it I guess. I was scratching my head most of yesterday trying to figure out what the changes were I needed to integrate into my scripts lol.
