Can we get Trail License for Frost, Karakatoa

I need to evaluate the Frost, Karakatoa Solutions, and need trail licenses.

1. Can we get trail licenses for say 300 hours.
2. Can we run these trail licenses on AWS EC2.
3. Is there a AWS Marketplace listing for these softwares : https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace
4. Is it possible to pay for these solutions using AWS Account, or do we need to pay for these separately to the https://www.awsthinkbox.com/ portal.
5. What are the payment terms / trail options for a customer who can currently pay only via AWS Billing / AWS Marketplace.
