Cannot create XMesh Loader

I installed XMesh and sucessfully cached a sequence coming from Frost. Now I want to load that sequence, but I cannot create a XMesh loader (Max 2012, Win x64). I’ve got a symbol for Save Geometry to XMesh (red) and anothe Symbol for Create XMesh Loader (green) in my Max Toolbar. While the red icon works, the green does nothing.

In the tutorial video on Thinkbox’ website, a XMesh loader is created via the Create Menu -> Thinkbox > XMesh loader (button). I cannot see an XMesh loader button, but only a Frost button.

Please note that the XMesh Saver and XMesh Loader are in separate installers. My first guess is that you have installed the Saver but not the Loader. You can download the XMesh Loader from this page: http://www.thinkboxsoftware.com/xmesh-downloads/.

ok…that was it. Thank you very much. For people with ADS, you should better include Loader and Saver into one installer and one could hook on or of installing the one or the other, in order one just wants the loader.
