The MSI code has changed so that the error that creating a user/password during installation now also marks the service for deletion. So before I could open up services and manually attack the account. Now I can’t edit it since it deletes in on installation completion.

Can you verify if the MSI code is your own, or if you got it from somewhere else? I was not aware that we offered our installers in MSI format.
Sorry it’s an exe. But same problem. 
Can you verify the OS on this? I had someone today on Windows 10 say that this happened, but last week when testing an install issue for someone on win 7, this did not happen with the same exact installer versions.
Yep, Windows 10.
Yeah, not sure why our Windows installer removes the service if it doesn’t work, but I will check with the devs on this.
