google cloud provider
we have configured a 32core instance, but I don’t see it in my list of available images. I see all the 4 to 16 core options, but not my ‘monster’ option.
there should be a n1-highcpu-32 image here.

The 32-core machine type is considered Beta by Google and is only available in certain zones. Can you confirm in the Cloud Provider Region settings that you have selected a zone that supports the 32-core machine type? See the list here: cloud.google.com/compute/docs/zones#available
We are indeed in us-central1-f, whoever, I see our instances seem to spin up as us-central1-a, which may be the problem.
our bad. just updated our cloud config in google and someone (cough, cough boss, cough) set it to zone a. we’re good now. 32s showing up.
