change repo - does not reset some repo settings

We have been working on a rollout on the staging repository today.
The live repo has 8.1.0.2 and is set to NOT auto upgrade or downgrade.
The staging repo has 8.0.4.1 and IS set to auto upgrade.

My monitor was set to the staging server and it properly updated. Then i shut down the monitor, and using the launcher set the repo to the live repository. After that i started the monitor.
Despite the live repository’s setting NOT to auto upgrade, it updated back to 8.1.0.2

Definitely sounds like we’re using a cached version of the repository settings where we shouldn’t be… We’ll get this fixed
