Choose Deadline folder on a slave? (Linux)

Is there anyway to configure where the folder that contains the temporary local files for a slave? We tried searching for something in the .ini files, but we turned up nothing.

Basically, our situation is that all of our render machines use a single login, and their home directory is single shared a location on the network. So “slave A” starts “job A”, and copies the files from the repository to the “jobsData” folder, then “slave B” starts “job B” 2 seconds later and deletes the data files and copies new ones, and “slave A” then errors saying it can’t find the files. So we want to configure each slave to use a specific local directory, rather than the default one which is on the network.

That makes sense, but unfortunately isn’t support by Deadline at the moment. It is on the wish list though, and is tentatively scheduled for a future release (either a 4.x or 5.x release).
