Cinema 4D R14 Plugin Error - Deadline 6.1 Beta

Deadline 6.1.0.52433
FranticX 2.0.0.52433

Windows 7 64 Bit
Cinema 4D R14

We submitted a C4D job this morning and the slaves are failing with the following error:

=======================================================
Error

Error starting “C:\Program Files\Maxon\CINEMA 4D R14\CINEMA 4D 64 Bit.exe” in “C:\Program Files\Maxon\CINEMA 4D R14” : Access is denied.

This same project was rendered without issue through Deadline 5.2 and rendered via command line without issue.

Thanks in advance.

That’s… odd.

Maybe you need to create an exception for the Deadline 6 slave process in your firewall software?

This is all on our local LAN and the firewalls are turned off on all render nodes. Not sure it’s helpful info but we were able to render AE CC without any issues.

I went ahead and tried the render using one of our workstations as a slave. Still got an error but a different one. Perhaps this will help?

Well, for whatever reason, rebooting each render node seems to have cleared this up.
