Right clicking on the columns of a panel brings up the window where you can check/uncheck columns individually. Would be great if this window would not disappear after a click, so you could keep unchecking. Clicking in the main window (so taking the focus from this checklist) could hide it again.
Not a huge priority, its just a minor workflow thing. Could also use the other “customize” option, but thats always off-screen, so to bring it up, i first have to right click, scroll all the way to the bottom, click that, then get the window. It takes longer…
I’m sure we had looked at this when we first made the switch to Qt, but that was also before we really knew how to use it properly
I’ll add it to the wishlist.
In the meantime, here’s a tip to make the customize window easier to get to: you can use the ‘up’ arrow on the keyboard to wrap around to the end of a menu. I usually do: right-click -> up arrow -> enter, and I’m in the customize window. Obviously shouldn’t be necessary, though – we can probably just put this as the first entry, instead of last, as well.
AH great tip thanks!
