Hi all,
I just upgraded to 3ds max 2019 using Deadline 10 and when I render more than 1000 frames, I’m getting a comma in my filename , ie. render.1,000.jpg instead of render.1000.jpg. I can’t seem to find the setting to change this. I tried checking the “Purify Filenames” option but that didn’t work.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

What version of Deadline are you using?
i’m trying to figure out why deadline 10 and max 2019 changes the names of my files from 30000 to 30.000…
this only happens with 2019 … I tried with the same vray (next) and the same deadline (10.0.16.6) and max 2018, and it worked as usual…
the “fun” thing is that the files are called _30.000.png but deadline think’s the files should be called _30000.png when I check “view output”!
I reported this to vlado too, since I don’t know who can fix this… really hope it’s not something we need autod…

I am using Deadline 10.0.16.6 Release & max 2019.3
Hey Julie, as you can see in the post above I had the exact same problem, and they fixed it in version 10.0.17
