Command line slave

Is it possible to run the Slave app from the command line – thus removing X11/XQuartz from the mix for Mac OS slaves? I would like to reduce exposure to X11 as much as possible – preferably only for the Monitor app.

This is a question for Mac OS but I’m sure it applies to other environments as well.

Here are the command line options for the slave:
thinkboxsoftware.com/deadlin … _The_Slave

If you use the -nogui argument, the slave will run without a user interface.
