Conditionally adding machines to a fleet

Hi,

Again in the use case of sending a big simulation job on the cloud, then rendering it there once the simulation is complete, which might well be overnight - would be great to conditionally add machines to a fleet when there’s an active job that would use them, up to a ceiling? Would be quite flexible!

That’s definitely something we want to add that exists in the Spot fleet plugin we introduced back in 9.0. It’s not directly compatible with the AWS Portal yet, but getting things in parity with that Spot fleet plugin is on the issue list for the dev team and I’ll add you as a +1
