At last urgent works was closed and I’ve time to spend testing Sequoia 
… so some simple bugs begin to come out…
opening (covering) .ptx files (I test several from same scan session) on mac that’s the error message. Same file open (covert) on windows there are trouble at all.
If you need a can upload scan file… about 40MB compressed
