Custom AMI cannot manage identities in secrets

My Goal is to create a Nuke AMI for Deadline in AWSPortal in Deadline 10.1.14.5.

I am creating a Custom AMI using instructions at Amazon Machine Image Customization — Deadline 10.1.18.5 documentation
using 357466774442/Deadline Worker Base Image Linux 2 10.1.10.6 2020-09-24T221251Z AMI
and making no changes!
When I start a spot fleet with the AMI created I cannot manage the identities of machines for secrets as it doesn’t see the machine.
What am I missing?

I found many more Thinkbox AMIs including one for my specific version of Deadline and that seems to have resolved my problem.
