Frantic Films Software is pleased to announce the release of Deadline 2004: Build 1.2.15710

Some key new features include:

  • New plugin support has been added for 3ds Max 8, Fusion 5, Combustion 4, Nuke, Houdini, and Cinema 4D.
  • The Task List in the Monitor has been changed to a tabbed list. In addition to viewing the tasks for a job, you can also view important job and plugin information, as well as job statistics (average task time, average RAM usage, etc).
  • Log Reports for each task are now stored in the repository, and can be viewed from the Monitor.
  • Vray 1.47 Frame Buffer features in 3ds Max now work with Deadline. This requires a seperate patch which can be found here, along with installation instructions.
