My office is using deadline 4.0 now. And, the softwares we are used are Max 2010, Maya 2010 and After Effects CS4.
We are planning to upgrade Maya to 2014 next year. However, Deadline 4.0 may be not supported with new version of Maya, is that true?
Do we need to upgarde the Deadline first? Otherwise, most up-to-date softwares are not compatible?
Either we can still use the Maya 2014 and Max 2014 for communicating to the existing Deadline 4.0?

You do need to upgrade to Deadline 6.0 before you can use it with Maya 2014.
