Deadline 4.0Sp1 Set License problem

hello,
We are migrating our nodes to 4.0Sp1 from 3.1.
And when we try to start the Slave 4.0, we have this issue:

Is it a problem of compatibility between license for 3.1 used by a 4.0 client or a setup problem on our installation ?

When you set the license server, are you specifying it as “@deadline-mgr” or as just “deadline-mgr”? You need to prefix the license server name with the “@” symbol for it to work properly.

or the 3.1 license file is not recognized by the 4.0 ?

You would need an upgraded license file. You can contact the Sales department to get your upgraded license:

So we just receive the new license.
But still a Licensing error:-15,570

So it works now :slight_smile:
What I did:
I create a new service in LmTools which point to another FLEXnet folder with the 4.0 files and the new license.
It works :slight_smile:
