Deadline 5.2 & After Effects CS6 FLEXnet error

I have been running into an error using AE CS6. When rendering, I keep running into a FLEXnet error telling me that I cannot cannot to the FLEXnet License Server manager. Is this something on the AE side or the Deadline side? I have attached my log file in-case it helps.

Thanks

Joel

It’s definitely on the AE side, since Deadline licensing is handled when the Slave first starts up.

I don’t think it’s AE licensing specifically, since I’m pretty sure AE doesn’t use flexnet licensing, so I’m guessing it’s an AE plugin that’s giving you this error. Unfortunately, there’s nothing in the error message that indicates what plugin is looking for the license.

Thanks Ryan. Just wanted to make sure it wasn’t on the DL side before I go plugin hunting.
