Deadline 7.1 has been released!

The final version number is 7.1.0.35. There were a few bugs fixed between RC6 and this public release:
- Fixed an issue with how the Balancer cleaned up Slaves for Cloud instances that were shut down.
- Fixed an error in the Custom Farm Reports when creating a graph with a Time Span value for the group or value column.
- Increased the default width of the Edit Data Columns dialog when creating a Custom Farm Report.
- Fixed an error in the Job Dependency View when changing the Elided Titles setting.
- Fixed a bug in how Mantra standalone tile renders were setting the tile file name.
- Fixed a bug for modo that caused modo to crash when rendering to the layered 16 bit EXR format.
- Added a popup handler to the VRED plugin, and fixed some issues with embedded snapshot settings.
