Hi,
I’m running into situation where deadline is failing a job due to:
“Load Wait Loop Over []”
“Timed out waiting for the 3dsmax renderer to initialize - increaseJobTimeout in the plugin configuration.”
So, I’ve set maximum startup time out in the job settings to 10 hours but deadline is still failing that job after 1h:33 m,minutes.
It is a scripted job that is trying to export Alembic files using Open Sourced Exocortex Alembic Plugin.

What would be suggested steps in order to resolve the issue I’m running into ?

The message: “Load Wait Loop Over []” isn’t something Deadline is creating, so it sounds like there is an issue either with 3dsMax or more likely the Exocortex plugin or something else? is generating this error message. At a guess, I would say, that this machine running 3dsMax is having difficulty in loading a mesh file? Are you able to run the job with Workstation Mode enabled and loop it back to a machine which you can eyeball whilst it runs the job, to try and see where it is getting stuck or anything else stands out for you? The 1h33m timeout, sounds like there might be a default ~90min timeout somewhere such as in the Exocortex plugin? I assume the 3dsMax network log doesn’t provide any more insight?
