It seems there is some weird windows compatibility issue with deadline.
If i start the deadline applications using the start menu or desktop icons, they get handled by the windows Program Compatibility Assistant, and also get assigned to a PCA jobObject (making it impossible to use our own jobobjects on these applications).
The behavior is somewhat inconsistent, if i start the application from a command line window, the PCA jobobject is not assigned:
