Deadline Communication Failure

Hello Support ,

I have installed Repository and Database in the same machine along with RCS , I’m trying to connect Deadline Monitor to the same machine where repo and database is installed .

I’m seeing error saying due to Communication failure

where do we need to check for client logs ?

The port for TLS/SSL communication using the Deadline10RemoteClient.pfx certificate is 4433, not 8080. Just replace 8080 with 4433 in the connection dialog and it should start working…
Or at least the error message should change :wink:

Is thee any way we can monitor deadline application with newrelic or datadog ?

what is the best way to monitor the application ?
