Deadline CS5.5 After Effects Plug-in submit problem

I installed the Deadline CS5.5 After Effects Plug-in on Windows 7. The submit window comes up when I runs the script.
However, the whole row with the submit button does not exist like they show in the picture!!! Everything else like text and text box and sliders exist.
I tried different screen resolutions, same result.

Help!!!

After adjusting your screen resolutions, did you restart After Effects? I think AE caches the screen resolution at startup.

Maybe we should consider making the submitter a little less tall. We could probably put the memory management stuff on a separate tab to start.
